We adopt Enamel Coating knowhow from HAE KWANG Korea, which is a strategic ingredient that make product from HAE KWANG unique. The high-quality industrial strength glass permanently fused to metal under 800 – 850 celsius to maximize heat resistance of metal. Each project is made using different coating method based on product characteristic and the utility, which HAE KWANG will work closely with customer to actualize customer’s ideal products.
Porcelain Enamel
Porcelain enamel is a glass of formulated chemical composition and physical disposition, developed to protect metal surface known for its prominent quality of non-porous glass surface with high resistance to scrapes, chemical, heat and bacterial grow, as well as easy to clean and keep clean.
Ground Coat Enamel
Ground Coat Enamel is a matrix of glass that is bonded to metal on molecular level using high-temperature as the main inducement to creates a typical and unique composite material of glass and metal with the advantage of the positive quality of both materials in one. Products mostly come in black surface, various colours can be applied on top.
Cover Coating Enamel
Cover Coat Enamel provides extra opacity and gloss with clear and smooth surface. The matching ground coat frits is required prior to application on metal surface for flawless and lasting finish.
Special Enamel
Special enamel coating, uniquely developed to provide maximum anti-corrosion properties and easy to clean.
